We are looking for Customer Service Lead to join our team and provide the best service to our customer


  • Team leader experience: 2 years, team size: 3
  • Must have experienced in Retail, F&B chain, and Entertaintment (Cinema, playground…) or service companies.
  • Enperienced in manage & develop Hotline system, CRM/ Loyalty Program & Platform
  • Experienced with e-commerce is a plus ( take care sale online channel: facebook, zalo OA)
  • Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity of CS team
  • Supervise all the feeback form CS team to customer to make sure approriate with business
  • Proactive at solve problem, collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
  • Develop tracking report for business requirement (monthly and by request)
  • Forecast of daily workload and peak time, mange working shift
  • English required

  • 7.5-hour work day, Mon to Fri
