Customer Service Leader
We are looking for Customer Service Lead to join our team and provide the best service to our customer
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Team leader experience: 2 years, team size: 3
- Must have experienced in Retail, F&B chain, and Entertaintment (Cinema, playground…) or service companies.
- Enperienced in manage & develop Hotline system, CRM/ Loyalty Program & Platform
- Experienced with e-commerce is a plus ( take care sale online channel: facebook, zalo OA)
- Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity of CS team
- Supervise all the feeback form CS team to customer to make sure approriate with business
- Proactive at solve problem, collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals
- Develop tracking report for business requirement (monthly and by request)
- Forecast of daily workload and peak time, mange working shift
- English required

- 7.5-hour work day, Mon to Fri
