Job description

This job responsible for create the logical in merchandise display that can attract customers. This include windows and in store display, making sure that the store is comfortable for customers to shop and to deliver the product message to the costumers.

– Coordinating with store manager/supervisor to make sure store visual is always in good condition

– Cooperation with VM Team, Brand Manager, Store Manager and Store Supervisor to determine the floor layout, traffic flow and display points. 

– Responsibility for stores assigned by direct superior to ensure store visual.

– Maximize commercial visual impact within the store in order to provide an attractive and inviting shopping experience to customers

– Create Store Planogram for sale staff to understand and apply

– Change the display base on seasonal sale

– Ensure the appoint planogram is implemented in every store

– Working with MKT team to ensure brand VM guideline in store is in line with brand identity.

– Working with design team and supplier to create new visual material.

– Analyze the store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of best sellers, last sellers and goods with large inventory.


3+ years of experience in retail industry

A strong sense of color, collocation, and trends

Understand the uniqueness of each product to provide the suitable display

Have a good knowledge of local customers’ preferences and give some reasonable suggestions

Good planning and organizational skills

Attention to details and a good understanding of commercial practice

Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improvement

Don’t need to design but understand how these programs works: AI, PS, Sketchup

Basic English

  • 7.5-hour work day, Mon to Fri (15-minute rest period)
