JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the set-up of the retail store operations from store visual displays to merchandising, operations and sales
• Oversee and have direct reporting line from Store Managers nationwide
• Ensure quality control of the customer experience, stock inventory management, product lines mix, store environment, store sales targets, etc.
• In charge of recruiting, training, appraising and supervising staff
• Will be responsible for developing and managing Profit & Loss KPI targets for the National network as well as individual stores; bonus will be based on achievement, exceeding set targets

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, business related field
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position; similar kid industry would be preferred
• Fluent in written & verbal English is a requirement
• Results – oriented and proactive in proposing solutions to solve issues
• Energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Expected to have: (i) an enthusiastic team player style with a strong drive to create a positive
  work environment; (ii) strong communications and interpersonal skills to maintain good internal
  and external relationships; (iii) customer-oriented and growth mindset; and (iv) entrepreneurial
