Job Summary
N KID Group, the proud owner of tiNiWorldTM – tiNiStoreTM –
– tiNiToyTM, is seeking an experienced,
dynamic, and highly driven National Sales Manager to lead our distribution & wholesale sales strategy.
We offer a diverse range of high-quality, safe and branded kid products including toys & games, school
supplies & stationery, and baby goods from famous global brands such as Hasbro, Disney, Hape, Hello
Kitty etc. In addition to international brands, we also design, produce, and distribute a portfolio of high
quality and value priced toys under the tiNiToy brand umbrella spanning across key toy categories
including Construction Bricks & Blocks, Vehicles, Dolls, Role Play toys, and Board Games. Currently,
we distribute our wide portfolio of kid products to all major distribution channels including bookstore,
hypermarket, department stores, specialty retailers, convenience stores (CVS), and general trade spanning
over 2,500 sales points.

Job Description
Scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following key areas:
– Responsible for distribution channel development & expansion across Modern Trade / General
Trade / Specialty Retail
– Develop and implement activities, sales plans to ensure sales targets are achieved
– Drive key accounts and chains’ expansion by planning and executing sales promotions and
strategies within budget allocated; Manage the performance of key accounts and customers’
orders
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and business partners to ensure business
growth & expansion
– Oversees and manage sales operations i.e store coverage, merchandising, order & collection,
optimal POSM display, monitoring store’s stock level and space negotiation
– Working closely with product team for product strategy and forecast, product development,
mapping product strategy and channel demand.
– This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will lead a team of Channel
Managers, others
Job Requirements
– Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, business related field
– 10-12 years’ experience in Sales positions; similar kid industry would be preferred
– Fluent in written & verbal English is a requirement
– Results – oriented and proactive in proposing solutions to solve issues
– Energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
– Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
– Expected to have: (i) an enthusiastic team player style with a strong drive to create a positive
work environment; (ii) strong communications and interpersonal skills to maintain good internal
and external relationships; (iii) customer-oriented and growth mindset; and (iv) entrepreneurial
mentality and “never give up” approach to their work.
