Merchandise Strategy

· New product forecast, current stock managed and allocation

· Weekly consolidate orders for online/ offline channel.

· Follow up goods status: from stores PO, approval make sure on shelves on time

· Manage and source for potential local vendors, build up vendor relationship and vendor engagement to ensure supply is stable anytime

Product Sales Performance Analysis

· Weekly Analyze sales performance to have suitable plan or adjustments to each store

+ Sales KPIs tracking + Sales tracking by SKUs, brands, categories, stores

· Recommend product status (continue or discontinue) based on Product Sales KPIs

Monthly Promotion

· Monthly promotion created & effectively analyzing

· Weekly Analyze promotion performance -> push Sales with Promotion plan

Coordinate with other Departments

· Product development

+ Receive and Provide customer feedback from OPS/Stores all issues related to goods to Product team conversely

+ Product follow-up on the timeline, arrive stores to ensure as planned

· MKT, VM, Training

+ Target/ Main Product list provide to MKT to push communication/ads and visual plan

+ Product list need to be trained for frontline

+ Follow up with OPS to make sure timeline

· IT

+ Provide all related information for Promotion, timeline

+ Suggest solution with promotion applied on system

· Logistic & Warehouse

+ Coordinate with timeline and PO from stores

+ Plan and follow up with WH team till on-shelves on time

Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by OM.
