- Online Sales Planning:
- Assortment Planning and Merchandising
- To develop & monitor key performance indicators
- Understanding market needs to provide suitable products to increase sales
- To coordinate with Product, Merchandise departments for product orders, providing product information
- To develop an online merchandising and promotion strategy to achieve sales targets
- To provide business analysis and insights on sales, pricing, and ongoing opportunities for incremental volume and margin
- To enlarge online registration & maintain loyal customer
- Order management
- To train up online sales team about product flow, order monitoring, customer service, etc
- To ensure products are available and more variety to meet online Shopper needs
- To follow up orders until delivered to customers and to settle returned/canceled orders.
- Channel Coverage
- tiNiStore website / mobile
- E-commerce marketplace including Tiki, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Business Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights
- Work closely with Marketing team to track key KPI performance metrics
- At least 2 years of working experience working for an established eCommerce Company or a Retail Company with significant online sales business
- Good understanding of e-commerce & digital marketing
- Strong organizational communication skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill
